This forward-looking session will also explore the potential of synthetic yeasts in shaping the “Yeasts of the Future.”

The day will conclude with the 2025 In Whisky Awards, taking place on the evening of Thursday, 27th November, also at the Hilton DoubleTree. This special celebration will honour excellence across the whisky industry and provide the perfect close to an inspiring day of learning and networking.
